If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ve got you.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

3. Do not return the item unless we specifically request it

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer store credit depending on stock availability.

- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier (but not received)

- Delays caused by postal services or customs
